Forward update request
Hello everyone,
Does somebody know what happens when I forward a mail with an update request to another person ? This person is able to open and fill the update request ?
I tried to make a test and it seems that when I forward the update request, the other person can fill the update request but with my acces rights.

After some testing and investigation, when forwarding an Update Request to another individual, whether they are part of your organization, or even if they don't have a Smartsheet account, they can fill out the Update Request on your behalf.
This means that the when the receiver submits the Update Request, the Activity Log will show that you have made the changes, rather than the receiver.
