Recipient not getting notified for a scheduled notification
I am setting up a scheduled notification to run on a specific date and time. When the date and time is reached the notification turns red but the recipient is not getting any email notification. I have shared the file with the recipient and have automation permissions set as "Limited" but it is not working. Please advise what could be the issue?

maybe the email get's blocked by a SPAM filter at the recipient side? Not long ago Smartsheet added subdomains for sending notifications:

When I share a file with the recipient, the notification is working which means there should not be any SPAM filter. However, when I schedule a notification, its not working.

ok, if the recipient got the notification about the shared sheet also from app.smartsheet.com, then it should too work with the reminder.
The "limited" setting normally allows that. As a test, did you try to set "unlimited" ?
If that doesn't work either you better contact Smartsheet support.
