Use same contact list on multiple sheets

I'm looking for a way to have the same contact list on multiple different sheets. The ideal situation would be to have a contact list sheet where we update contact information and then use the values from the {name} column to populate the contact drop down... Is there anyway of doing this?

Another thought I had was just to update one contact list, but it seems that you can only do that from a sheet itself.

Ultimately, I am trying to avoid having to update multiple sheets every time there is a new contact which is pretty frequent.

No just one contact.

In that case you can create your sheet that has the name in one column and the email in the other and then use cross sheet references in formulas to pull the email over into a contact type column. The formula would look something like this:

=INDEX({Reference Sheet Email Column}, MATCH([Name Column]@row, {Reference Sheet Name Column}, 0))

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Data Uploader.
