Email received from automation
I set up an approval request workflow: when the sheet is ready for review, smartsheet will send me an email for approval. I got notification in smartsheet website right after the row was changed to ready for review. However, there's no email sent to me in Outlook Mail. Just when i approve/decline the project, smartsheet sends me an email.
So why don't I receive an notification email from smartsheet to let me know that the project is ready for review? I have to open smartsheet website to know this. It might cause late response.
