Email received from automation
Hi all,
I set up an approval request workflow: when the sheet is ready for review, smartsheet will send me an email for approval. I got notification in smartsheet website right after the row was changed to ready for review. However, there's no email sent to me in Outlook Mail. Just when i approve/decline the project, smartsheet sends me an email.
So why don't I receive an notification email from smartsheet to let me know that the project is ready for review? I have to open smartsheet website to know this. It might cause late response.

First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner) and secondly check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)

Yes, I chose to receive all notification through email in Personal settings. I also check the automation permissions in the Permission setting for the Automations. It's now just restricted only users shared to this sheet. But I'm the owner of the sheet and i can't receive notification about the sheet is ready for review through email. I receive notificationd in the smartsheet website only.

Yes, i included my changes in sheet notifications. It's checked as well but there's still no notification emails in Outlook. I just received notification from smartsheet website :(.

If you're receiving notifications within Smartsheet but not through your email, the most common cause for this is spam blocking through your Outlook. Please check your spam folder and take a look at our Troubleshooting Help Center article for more information about spam settings.

Just to be more specific, all the chat here from community, i received notifications through email. With approval workflow, I received email when i approve/decline the project. I just wonder why i don't receive email when they change the project to "is ready for review". I have to check smartsheet website to see it.
It doesn't mean i can't receive emails from smartsheet, it's just some of actions in smartsheet that I don't have notifications through email. And there's no email in Junk Email, too.
