Printing a Dashboard and All Widgets

I have a dashboard that contains a few report widgets. I use this as a status report and would like to be able to snapshot it and send it out as a PDF. The problem is that the report widgets are cut off when I print the Dashboard. The only seem to print what is actually being displayed on the screen- even though, on the screen, the report displays a scroll bar so allowing you to scroll through the full report.

Has anyone found a way to do this in Smartsheet?

Hi @jgreenwald90651,

As you found, when Printing a Dashboard the resulting PDF will only show what's displayed within the dashboard itself. You would need to resize your widget windows, save the dashboard, and then Print again to show more on the PDF. This isn't always a viable solution and the print features are controlled within the browser settings at this time. For this particular issue, the results will likely be the same in every browser you test with.

I highly recommend Submitting a Product Enhancement Request to see about getting more advanced print options built into Smartsheet to allow for more control over the printouts.
