Project Plan - Sequencing changed
I have a consolidated plan with a little over 3500 lines. recently we noticed tasks sequencing is messed up though it still has all the information we originally outlined line duration, start date, end date, predecessor. why is this happening and how can we revert back the sequencing without having to go to each item one by one.

Hi @Jennie Victoriano ,
could you show an example of before and after?
Do you mean the sequence of rows? If yes, someone could have sorted by one of the columns.
I would also check the sheets activity log for unwanted modifications.
Hope this helps

Before:
- Build project plan
- Review project plan
- Approve project plan
- Execute project plan
After
- Execute project plan
- Review project plan
- Build project plan
- Approve project plan
If sorting was made, is that also being reflected on the log? Is there any way to revert back sorting?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Hi @Jennie Victoriano ,
looks like someone changed the sorting.
You can see this in the activity log in the right panel (where publishing is too), but you need to be a licensed Owner/Admin/Editor to be able to see the log.
Hope this helps
