Is there an easy way just to list Month and Year with no Day?

I'm wanting to list Months within a date column.

Jan 2020

Feb 2020

March 2020

etc

I can do this in the date column, but it seems to insist on showing the day as well. Does a date option exist to show just month and year?

Excel has a feature were you can have custom date formats, and pick MM,YYYY. Does this functionality exist somewhere within smartsheet without having to make complicated tables and formulas?

Yes, you can change how it’s shown in the column from the menu on the far right (Date Format).

Unfortunately that option is not available. All of the options list the Day. No MM/YYYY option.
