Is it possible to edit a confirmation email to a user that has made an update to a smartsheet?

I have a smartsheet set up to send an update email to users containing a form each morning. The users answer two questions and submit to update their row in the smartsheet. The users then receive a confirmation email that shows their updated answers and a link back to the sheet. Is there anyway to edit the confirmation email or omit it all together?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to change or deactivate the confirmation email, but it's an excellent idea!
