COUNTIFS Description
I believe the description of COUNTIFS is misleading and basically just incorrect. It does not properly describe what it actually does. It says it counts the number of cells but it doesn't. It counts the number of times all given conditions in their respective ranges are met. One match of all given conditions in their respective ranges returns a value of 1 irrespective of the number of cells.
This function is very useful, but I have wasted time on a few occasions because I was misusing the function due to the imprecise description. Please make this description more clear! It will definitely be wordier but that's why the example is there to demonstrate how it works.
