Help w/reducing the # of multiple date options

Is there a way to create a list and then an intake form of 10 dates available for selection - so when person X picks a date then person Y will only see the remaining dates when they go to the intake form?

Looking to have the form populate their selections on the sheet but only show the people going to the intake form later the dates available.

As now of now, we don't have any dynamic date features available so that when 1 date is chosen, it becomes unavailable to others. You may wish to raise an Enhancement Request using the quick links on the side of this page, its a great idea!

In the meantime, you may opt for a Formula solution, where in that when Dates are selected, you could use a Formula to check for any dates that appear more than once, and then have this trigger a Checkbox. From here, you could then use an Automated Update Request trigger from the checkbox to manager their details.
