Creating an "Object Access Detection" Event

Hi all

I want to be able to create a workflow / trigger so that whenever someone accesses a specific form or sheet (optionally with some additional criteria), a predefined workflow would alert the Admins / designated users.

This will help us detect, say, any suspicious login activities including those done on holidays, etc.

As of now, there is not a dedicated method to run a Workflow when a user access a Sheet. For this, you may want to raise an Enhancement Request to our Product Team.

Contrary to this, you can view which users have accessed your Sheet and when, using the Activity Log. See more on this here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476206
