Including new contacts in Contact Field

It is possible to include new contacts or to delete contacts in a contact field column, massively?

As you see, this activity (as far as I know) is one by one, anyone knows a workaround?

Hello,

There is not a way to bulk upload into a contact column. You can bulk upload personal contacts (see here) which are then available in the Contact List column in your sheet via type ahead. There are other options if you are an Admin on an Business, Enterprise, or Premier plan (Admin training information for that is here).

Are there any new solutions for this? The editing of columns no longer looks like this and this process doesn't work. I'm trying to add a list of contacts to choose from on a form

In order to update column options (for either contact columns or for dropdown picklist columns), you either have to manually edit the options when you double click the column header, or you can use Data Shuttle or Bridge to automatically keep the options synced to a list.

There's one additional option, if you want the column options to include just the selections on your sheet that are there already, you can change the column properties to Text/Number, Save, and change back again. Smartsheet will pick up the data from the column and turn it into options to select.
