Formula for Contact List Column

I am trying to have two contact list column cells ("Assigned 1" & "Assigned 2") carry their information into another contact list cell ("Assigned To"). What formula would you use in my "Assigned To" (a contact list column)? Or does this need to be a manual task?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to use formulas that gets information in multi-contact columns, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
