Printing intake form?

Hello,

We are trying to avoid duplication of effort by our team and want to take information that was submitted via a Smartsheet intake form but output it into something besides a row in a spreadsheet. I understand that Smartsheet does not a way to convert a row into a formatted report without the use of 3rd party applications such as Formstack but one thought we had was whether or not people could simply print to pdf the intake form before submitting it.

When I try, it only will try to print the first page of the form. Does anyone know if there is a way to capture the entire intake form via print to pdf instead of the first page? Or if Smartsheet is any closer to having some sort of way to export a row into a formatted report?
