Print filter name on output?

Hi,

I saved several named filters on 1 action tracker grid.

I want to print output for each filter.

Would be great if the selected filter name can be printing as well, so I can see on the hard copy which filter was used. e.g. an option in Print Set up Options.

Any tips?

Hi @Vincent van de Wiel,

​You may want to Submit a Product Enhancement Request to see about adding an option for "Include filter name" to the Options list in the Print Setup (PDF) window, but you could include a Filter name on the resulting PDFs if you manually type in the name of the filter the Add note to header box.

The filter name will then be displayed toward the top of the printout.

Note though that you will have to update the filter name in the Print window's header box when switching to a different filter, as the print settings that you select are saved and will be the same the next time you create a PDF. Visit the Print from Smartsheet Help article for more information on this.

As work around I am using your solution. I just added a  Submit a Product Enhancement Request . Would be great if something is done with it.
