integration alert to Microsoft Teams

Hi,

I'm currently struggling with the integration of Smartsheet to a specific channel in Microsoft Teams.

I have built a simple workflow which should alert a Teams channel after a status has changed.

Unfortunately, the notifications are not showed in Teams.

Automation Permissions are for both the account/sheet-level set on 'Unrestricted'
The smart beet bot is installed
Access is allowed for the Smartsheet account

I suggest that the problem has something to do with the following steps

This window won't pop up when installing the Smartsheet bot.

However, I can select the specific Teams Channel in the workflow (suggesting that these settings are correct).

Did someone face the same problem?

Hi @Info Account GPRI, You won't get notifications if the teams channel is locked. It happened to us few times and that's when I realized about private vs. public channels. Maybe you're running into same issue.
