Audit Trail with Admin modification

Is there any option to notify business owner (after modification done by admin or sheet owner) in case of manual approval in the sheet instead of workflow process. Management or business owner should aware the changes done by admin or sheet owner.

One way to do it is to add a column that uses the system field Modified By

Then use that in your workflow to detect when an Admin or Owner makes a change.
