Automation to help with Daily Medical Intake Forms

I am having one hell of a time with the automation to help our school with being alerted to different issues facing out compliance with the Daily Medical Intake Forms.

What I am trying to do is have a couple of reports sent but something is not making it run.

Students' parents fill out the med form daily.

Some of the old ones are still blank - Trying to make that part of the report

Some of the dates are not today - Trying to make that part of the report

The one function we can get to work is if certain symptoms or a temperature above a certain point are present.

When an automation runs, does it look through all of the information or just the most recent? I wish there was a tutor program on here to help with specific sheet issues.

Not sure I follow!

Regarding the when the Automation runs. It depends on how it's set up.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Ok I figured out a couple pieces but the most important piece I couldn't.

Families of students are filling out the form daily for each student.

I want to have a report run that gives us a report of the students that have not submitted something today. When I run it with the automation

When the report runs I get everyone who submitted a form yesterday, like 200+. When the nurse calls them they have done it and I have double checked. How do I get it to run who has not submitted today?
