Dynamic View "Current User" displaying incorrectly

Hey all

Hoping someone in the community may be able to help me as I have not heard back yet from Smartsheet support. I have a Dynamic View that has until now worked as expected. There is a Contact Column in the source sheet that autopopulates a contact based on a Location field on a form:

However, I have a user that when she logs in she sees the line items above, even though they are assigned to someone else:

My Dynamic View settings have not changed and seem to be set correctly:

Has anyone had a similar issue and have you found a solution? Alternatively, she does not see items that are assigned to her.

Quick question, do you have an email address against the name in the contact field for the person that is logging in?

So in the contact column you can add a name without an email address and if that isn't added then it will not work?

@Cierr , all of the contact columns are linked to email addresses.
