Conditional Formatting "the same"
I have multiple columns that are dropdowns and have the same choices. I need to format columns so that if the same choice is made, the row is highlighted. It would be simpler if I had the option to say if "any of these columns (choose names) is "the same" as any of the others, then highlight. However, it appears I need a separate rule for every possible combination. am I reading that correctly? So if I have 4 options, and four combinations of columns that could be that option, then I need 16 conditional formatting rules...right? May I suggest "the same" as an option in the future to simplify things? I don't see the suggested enhancement button anymore.

Hi @Storme Dunn
I'd recommend adding and using a so-called helper column that checks the columns for the same value and then reference it in the Conditional Formatting.
Make sense?
