Conditional Formatting less than or equal to

I'm trying to setup conditional formatting so that when a cell has a value of less than or equal to zero, the cell will highlight. Β Unfortuantely, the is no 'less than or equal to' function. Β I tried to setup up two rules for less than zero and equal to zero but the problem is, the statements are linked by 'and' instead of 'or'. Β Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can get this to work?

Try using one rule for 'equal to 0' and one rule for 'less than 0' with the same formatting!Β
