Form Information is Not populating in Sheet

Hello,

I have a Smartsheet Form set-up that adds new rows to the bottom of the sheet. At 6:30 AM MST 10/20/2020 this feature/feed stopped working. I entered a test form in about 5 pm MST I looked at the properties of the form and it still says last entry was 6:30 am. Yes I have gone to the sheet and scrolled all the way down there is no data not even gapped rows. I got a confirmation from Smartsheet that the data was submitted without a problem. What else can I try troubleshooting?

Maybe a silly question, but do you possibly have any filters applied to the sheet? I've done this before and had someone else able to see the entries because I had filtered them out of my view. If that isn't the issue and they don't appear tomorrow I would contact Smartsheet support.

Have you looked for clues in the Activity Log?

I'd be happy to take a quick look.

Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s)? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I checked the activity log around the time of the last form entry and nothing pop's out that would have caused an issue.

The 42 cell change was just me putting text into an empty cell that is not sourced from the form but used as a lookup. Nothing jumps out at me why at 6:30 there are no more entries.

There isn't conditional formatting or color somewhere, so the rows are "invisible"?

Can you share a screenshot of the sheet?
