Once approved, send attachment to Cloud Folder?
I have a sheet with a workflow that requires someone to approve the attachment. Once they do this, I'd like for the attachment from that line to be uploaded to a cloud folder.
How can I accomplish this without reinventing the wheel?
Bonus question: How can I define column values for that row as a string to use in the name of the file when saving it?

Currently there's no way to do either of these actions automatically directly from the Smartsheet application (please submit your feedback by using this form here, when you have minute!)
You may be able to automatically save attachments to different locations by using a third party application such as Zapier (see here), however I believe the trigger would need to be that a new attachment is added, versus data changing in the grid of the sheet.
Another Community member might have a different suggestion, but I would personally set up a notification to my email which would remind me to go in and upload this manually.
