Putting a picture on a form
Is there a way to add a picture to a form? I am creating a form for suppliers to sign and there is a list of prohibited materials we do not accept. We have it as a jpeg with images of what we do not accept. I was looking for a way to get that put on the form they will be signing stating they are not giving us any of those materials.

@Tom G. Grumley I have been trying to attempt this same thing with a safety form. I was not able to successfully achieve the goal in smartsheet. I did use a free integration called SmartApp https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/apps/appsheet and that will let you add photos. I watched quite a bit of youtube videos to help with getting it set up. Feel free to shoot me an email if you need any help.
