Sync a column change in multiple reports

I dont think Ive seen answer to this, but I have multiple reports in the same format that are used to separate different sales reps (not internal so current user wouldn't help). If I need to add a column to all the reports I have to do it multiple times, is there a fix for this? Thanks!

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Control Center.

Is that an option?
