Quite simply... you don't.

It is possible that your sheet has many blank rows that are unnecessarily adding to the row count. If you actually have a sheet with 36000 rows, then that is not something you put into ShartSheet (SS).
Rememer that SS is a collaboration platform, and not really a DB or spreadsheet program (though it does resemble the latter quite closely). Every system has limits, and SS has set theirs.
