Get the creation date of a form

Hello everyone ,

Do you know what is the simplest way to get the creation date from a form submission in Smartsheet ?

Actually I am using the creation date column but it does not work properly, so If you have other ideas I would appreciate.

My creation date column sometimes "breaks" (change from creation date to date type) without explanations and becomes empty..

In activity log it says it was modified by someone, but there were no changes in reality so I think there is something that triggers this column type propriety but I don't know what..

Yes, please keep me updated.

Meanwhile, you could maybe have the form added to another sheet and then copy it over to the main sheet (as long as the created date doesn't have the same issue).
