Hourly notification UNTIL a field is not blank

We use a smartsheet for workflow and want to get an hourly notification/update request if a new task has not been assigned.
I seem to be able to send this notification daily but not hourly. Is there any way to do this?

you need to stack the notifications. Create 24 of them (or 10 i guess for a regular workday, no reason to get them through the night probably) and make them daily and then specify the hour.
