How do I send emails using smartsheets?
How do I send emails using smartsheets? I have a google sheets document connected with a google doc, and mail merge fields entered in the letter. I can run mail merge, but it doesn't send the emails. How do i make it send the email messages out?

Thank you for your quick response! I used Smartsheets last year and remembered it sending just an email to each recipient, rather than a PDF. I prefer just a mail merged email. Perhaps I should just paste my mail merged document into the message text box as shown in these directions you sent. Would that be my best option?
is there an easy way to save all of the PDFs generated?

Yes, that is one option. Another alternative could be the new Document Builder feature. You can set it up to send out a PDF similar to Google Docs, and it would also be attached to the relevant row.
