How to have an updated list of employee in a dropdown list

Hello,

We want to record our annual performance evaluation in Smartsheet, we have a sheet with the list of employee and details.

I want to create a "Performance Evaluation" form when I can choose an employee name, my issue is that I don't want to update my dropdown list , only the list of employee from wich the dropdown list should be "feeded".

If anyone have a solution this will be great. Thank you in advance.

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Data Uploader.

Is that an option?

Hi Andrée, thank you for your answer. We used the data uploader to get the list of personnel into Smartsheet. This list will be updated with this tool every x month by HR.

My issue is that in another sheet I finally want to have the exact same 2 columns ( employee name and employee code) so that the list of employee will appear in my dropdown list from the form, and Supervisor will have to choose the employee who receive the evaluation.

When HR update the list in sheet 1 , I want the same columns in sheets 2 to be updated as well.

I hope my explanation is not confusing!
