Stuck Sheet
We have a sheet which is locking up every time you open it. If we have it open, you cannot click on any other sheet or the home icon to get to another sheet or workspace. We have found that we can right-click another sheet and open in a new tab, but it is very inconvenient and this is the only sheet that is doing this.
Any suggestions on why this would be happening and how to fix it?

Have you tried it in another browser or the current one in Private/Incognito mode?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

We're in Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Had the same issue in incognito mode.
Have contacted support and they suggested making the sheet smaller. It's only 11 rows 37 columns, 407 cells right now. Making this smaller is not a solution as we're using it for intake.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support again because it doesn't sound like the expected behavior.

It ended up being something with a formula that broke the sheet. Not 100% sure what was broken, but I know our account manager got involved to fix it.
