Report on All Workspaces
I would like to create a report that shows all tasks assigned to an individual across all projects. This is pretty simple for current workspaces, but I don't know of a way to have new workspaces automatically added to the report.
Currently each project is set up as a new workspace, and someone like a department head could be shared and have tasks on 10+ projects, and new projects could be added every couple weeks. Does anyone know of a good workaround that would show all tasks assigned to someone without the risk of a project falling through the cracks because someone forgot to manually add the new workspace to the report?

Using Control Center you can use the meta data that you set to create Roll-up reports. Otherwise, reports do not inherently add new sheets as they are created.
