Sheets not saving

I was working on some sheet edits last evening on various client specific sheets. The sheets are from an identical template, just names changed for each client. They all function the same way, used for tracking time our people work. Yesterday afternoon, everything was fine, but last evening I started to experience issues with saving my edits.

On some of the sheets, the wheel would just spin and spin and spin. Others, the exact same change would save without issue in just 1-3 seconds. On some, the save process would complete, but the change I made would not be saved.

Same issues this morning. Some sheets just spin, others save fine, others complete the save process (even get the notice that it's been saved), but the change is not there.

I have restarted my PC and tried again, same issues.

    After reviewing our different resources, I have been unable to see any instances of potential outages, but I do see we had a few Reports of app slowness on the 27th.

    With this, if you are still facing this issue, you may want to try a different browser (we advice using chrome), and a different Network E.G 4g/LTE to identify if this may be an internal issue.

    Thanks for the response! It's always great to test alternative networks to isolate if it's network related to where there may be cross talk / maintenance going on with an internal internet connection.

    As with regards to our Support team, the response time would be dependant on the current workload of the queue, and if there is an active incident occurring.
