Are we able to change the 'from' email address?

Example:
When a user fills out a form, this is in the e-mail 'from' field. I would like to change this to a generic address. I tried changing my primary e-mail address to the generic and this didn't seem to work. Is this possible?
Any help is appreciated!

By default Smartsheet sends the notifications as the owner of the sheet. If you'd like to see this changed you can submit a feature request here:
