Are form capabilities dependent on licensing?

My colleagues and I are trying to add a file upload field to our form, but the field will not show up when we open the form. We're not sure if this is a temporary bug or if this is because this capability isn't available to us. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

No, it's not dependent on which plan you have.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
