Unwanted upgrade Ads appearing - how to cancel ?

Dear all,

we have a Business Plan and a huge number of employees use Smartsheet sheets.

Why does few number of them are "spammed" with upgrade-messages and how can we cancel this ?

Any idea would help. Thank you.

Hi @Jörg Schmidt Novum Hospitality

At the very bottom of Smartsheet emails there's an option to "Unsubscribe" or to update your notification preferences. It should be very small, but look something like this:

You can also have them fill out the Email Preferences form from this page, here.
