What is the best practice to reduce sheet size?
My team is currently using SmartSheet as a way to track/monitor the number of interviews being scheduled. This is a global team and the sheet slows way down when it reaches 4,000 rows. I have already created a separate Archive sheet and move the completed rows there - but is there any other recommendations or suggestions?

I'd recommend starting looking at the formulas in the sheet to be as efficient as possible.
Are you using @cell & @row and the new Column Formula?
