Automatically back dating based upon future date
Hello,
I would like to update a sheet by putting a date in one field and having serveral date feild updated based upon the first feild.
Now I think that I can do [date] + 15 or [field] + 15 but can't figure out how to set a date and work back 1,2,3, etc weeks from that date. [Field] - 7 day does not appear to work.
Basically:
Field 1 = 2/17/17
Field 2= (formula [field 1] - 45 days) 1/3/17
Thank you in advance for your assistance !

If your date cell is in the [Due Date] coumn and row 23, then this formula
=[Due Date]23 - 45
should show you the date 45 days before the date in your cell.
This needs to be in Date type column.
Craig
