Is recently opened the default?

Every time I open the app it defaults to Recently Opened. The problem there is it opens on a "retired" sheet, I thought if I removed myself from the sheet it would stop opening on the sheet but that is not the case. When I open the page it still opens the page and says I don't have access (see below image). I have pinned the sheet that I use most often but it doesn't open up. This is not causing any other problems but it is very annoying and today I am sleep deprived and decided I needed to get to the bottom of this issue. Can someone help me figure out if I can have the app open in a different area or if I can get rid of this sheet always popping up event though I no longer have access. Any, any, any suggestions are welcome, I just want to get rid of this.

It sounds like this may have to do with your browser's cookies or history. You noted that you had "pinned" the sheet you actually want it to open on, but what about using this sheet's URL as your Bookmark to access the Smartsheet application? (Our Help Center has some Troubleshooting steps you can try as well, see here.)

I would suggest using or bookmarking this direct link to access Smartsheet: https://app.smartsheet.com/folders/personal

This will take you to your personal "Sheets" folder instead of a specific sheet.
