Ratio of Completed Subtasks Not Updating, in Card View, When "Subtask Checkbox Field" Selected

I've added a "Subtask Checkbox Field" in card view settings.

When I define subtasks, and subsequently set to "Done", the ratio of completed subtasks in the card view is not updating.

Will appreciate any guidance you can provide - thanks!

Having same issue in my tenant. Every card in Card View has reverted to 0/n for subtasks. Noticed this on Wed or Th this week 11/4/2020

I have a support ticket into Smartsheet. Hopefully they address this soon. It's not causing any major issues, but it can be confusing to some of our users.

Thank you all for raising this!

We identified a bug regarding the count issue, which is currently being investigated.

In the meantime, you may wish to add a COUNTIF formula in parent task rows which counts the number of children with the checkbox value used in Card View checked. This field could then be added in the Card View fields to display settings. See the example below:

Formula: 

"=COUNTIF(Done:Done, CHILDREN(Done@row) = 1)"
