How can I copy rows in a workflow WITHOUT copying all the columns?


I have set up a workflow which goes like this: New Purchase Request ---> Ordering Database ---> Inventory. The rows are moved from the purchase request to the ordering database, then copies to the inventory smartsheets. There is information required in the purchase request that is not needed in the ordering database, and information in the ordering database that is not needed in the inventory sheets. How can I only coping the columns needed in the workflow?
