Recommendations on Dashboards, counting, and generating reports


I have this sheet and we use it to store all the programs we have.

  • Some programs are confirmed/tentative/likely/unavailable
  • they are also located in different regions
  • There are also different types of programs

I am able to go in and write if statement and countifs but is there a better way to be producing this information. I end up with too many columns for every condition I need to count.

Any recommendations on how I can count and present my data?

I also saw that in dashboard when I went into the metric widget, the smart sheet has a "Sheet Summary Data" How do I make more conditions that it counts?
