Unsubscribed from Smartsheet in Gmail group, how to re-subscribe?
We had a Gmail address, suppose xyz@gmail.com. This is a group email and multiple users who are in the group can read emails sent to this email address. We had automation set in Smartsheet to send notification to this email address. However, one of user of this mail group has unsubscribed from the mail, and we are not getting any notification from Smartsheet to this mail address. My question is how to re-subscribe to Smartsheet for this mail so that we can again get notifications. Please note that, xyz@gmail.com is a group email and it is not possible to login to this particular email address. Members can access the mail by using their individual email address.

The easiest way to do this is to simple clone the original workflow. The new cloned workflow will automatically re-subscribe the email address again! See our Help Center for more details, here.
