Reports

I have been using Smartsheet for ~8-years and to this point, I have had a master Sheet with data from about 20 Project Managers, so it was easy to create each of them a Report to pull just their data. I am now doing the same thing, but for our Global Account Management Team -- where we have several hundred Account Managers. I would like to use the same approach, with a single master Sheet -- but how can I avoid creating hundreds of Reports, one for each. Is there another/better way? As an example, I know in Forms, you can add parameters to the end of the URL that would populate certain things in the Form -- so, is there a way to do that in Reports -- or something that would allow me to create a Report, then have it populated by the Account Manager as they display it?
