Disable Auto-generated E-mail if Cell value is changed

Hi Smartsheet Community,

Is there a way to disable the smartsheet auto-generated e-mail from sending if there is a request an update and the cell value was changed. This is to prevent e-mail flooding since most of the time, the cells are being changed.

Below is the sample auto-generated e-mail I received. Just don't want to receive it, if possible. Thank you in advance!
