Getting Started

Does anyone know how to contact Smartsheet directly, I am on a trial version, I have sent numerous email requests, customer support forms etc. with no response.
Is this normally how smart sheet runs?
Should I look for different providers to support my project management

Usually, they are quick to respond, but I imagine that the situation right now could affect the response time.
Have you tried calling them as well?
