How can I send notifications to users not in approved domains?
I am setting up a SmartSheet form asking whomever fills the form to indicate an approver email address. I want SmartSheet to send a notification to that email address to approve or deny. However, my organization restricts SmartSheet access to only specific domains. Since I do not know who will be filling out the form and the email address domains of the approvers, I cannot pre-specify any domains.
I understand why we have the restrictions in place and, unfortunately, we cannot decouple domains allowed access to a SmartSheet from domains that can received notifications. Is there an alternate way to send notifications (e.g. through an Outlook add-in) that would allow us to send notifications to email addresses not in approved domains?

As a possible workaround, you could maybe use a 3rd party service like Zapier or similar.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
