SFDC Connectors

My SFDC connectors are not pulling/updating all the data in Smartsheet. (It was working fine before, nothing has changed except more data are being pulled) I am missing rows of data and certain columns are not updated when status is updated in SFDC.

Is there a data/row limit with smartsheet? We are at 6,000 row but I was told that it can handle 30k rows of data.

Strange!

The row limit is 20,000, but you're not close to that at all.

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
