Outlook Calendar export share with team

I have flagged my smartsheet to pull tasks i want to place on calendar in Outlook. I am able to dump to Outlook, but am not able to share with my team with ease.

How do I unlock this to share with the team members?

Not sure I follow.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
