Your smartsheet session is now longer active

I am getting this for a certain smartsheet we are using, and then its losing information.

How do we fix this or who can i contact?

    Are you getting this for all sheets you have or just one all the time? If it happens randomly, it could be due to internet connectivity issues. If just for one sheet, I suggest that you raise a support ticket with Smartsheet directly. You can use the link below to raise a ticket.

    It seems to be for just one smartsheet at this stage.
